IWI Masada 9mm  $442.99

Optics Ready (Includes adapter plates). Three interchangeable wrap around back-straps.

https://iwi.us/product/m9orp17/

Al's comments:

This full size 9mm regularly outperforms Glocks and HK VP9s at the range.  I'm not usually a striker fired pistol fan, but something about this model just fits right.  It has a big beaver tail and great trigger.  This is easily one of the best valued side arms available.  Let us know if you want the tactical version (threaded barrel) for $460.

Sig P320 Nitron $540

The modular pistol from Sig Sauer in 9mm with tons of options to customize.

Al's comments:

The gun so versatile the US Army couldn't say no!  We carry the 320 and the 320C (compact), there are so many ways to customize these it's crazy.  I like the AXG Grip modules.

Sig P320C Nitron $529

Compact version of the full size P320.

Al's comments:

If you need a compact, you'll know it.  I like the idea of having a full size and compact with the same grips, trigger, optics, etc...  get proficient on one system but have a compact and full size.

S&W Shield Plus 30 Super Carry   $500

The new Shield™ Plus is the next generation in everyday carry. It features an 18-degree grip angle for a more natural point of aim and better recoil management, plus the new flat trigger allows for consistent finger placement for accurate, repeatable, comfortable shooting.

Introducing the all-new 30 Super Carry from Federal® – the most revolutionary self- defense advancement in nearly 100-years. More than just an all-new cartridge, the compact design represents an entirely new cartridge engineered for absolute performance by every measure.

Al's Comments:

Love the innovation here with the new cartridge.  It feels like shooting a ported 9mm to me.  The extra ammo capacity is nice, but for states with magazine limits this is going to suffer against 9mms.

S&W M&P 2.0 Performance Center $520

The Performance Center Ported M&P9 Shield offers discerning shooters premium features including a factory ported barrel and slide. One million Shield owners can’t be wrong.

Al's Comments:

The Performance Center models just feel, good.  The porting, the hi viz sights, the aggressive textured grips, this gun shoots easy.  If you have the extra $ go for the performance center option, you won't regret it.

Glock G42 .380 Auto $399

For those discerning shooters who desired the smallest GLOCK possible, the company responded with the now popular G42 in 380 AUTO with ultra-compact dimensions and easy-to-shoot characteristics. The G42 packs all the features GLOCK customers have come to appreciate - from the GLOCK SAFE ACTION system with its multiple integrated safety features to the brand’s proven reliability and durability.

Al's Comments:

I personally prefer the small frame "pocket pistols" in .380, easier to control, less weight,  and lighter spring.  If you're a veteran I can get close to Blue Label pricing for you, but not yet a Blue label dealer.  Check out the Blue Label program to see if you qualify,  that is one of the best ways to get a Glock.

Walther CCP M2    9mm         $450

RODUCT DESCRIPTION

EASY TO RACK. TOOL-LESS TAKEDOWN. REDUCED RECOIL.

Maximum efficiency. Minimal effort. An achievement born from an unabating commitment to excellence. All in the most comfortable and accessible firearm offered in the market today.

The CCP M2 handgun series represents the next step in the pursuit of perfection at Walther. Before the CCP, the only available easy to rack handgun was the .380 ACP. Once again pushing beyond the boundaries of expectations to meet this demand, Walther released the extraordinary CCP M2 9mm pistol.

Al's Comments:

This firearm is pretty amazing.  The gas delayed blowback system makes the recoil and spring load on this pistol lighter than the 380's but racking a 9mm round.  The grips and the recoil make this the perfect pistol for folks who struggle to pull back the heavy springs on compact 9mm.

M&P Bodyguard 380 $360

Compact and sleek, the M&P BODYGUARD 380 delivers personal protection in an easy-to-carry, comfortable platform. Chambered for .380 ACP, the lightweight pistol features a high-strength polymer frame with a black, matte-coated stainless-steel slide and barrel. The new M&P BODYGUARD 380 retains original design features including a 2 ¾-inch barrel, which contributes to an overall length of 5 ¼ inches and an unloaded weight of only 12.3 ounces making it perfectly suited for concealed carry.  Lightweight, and simple to use - nothing protects like a BODYGUARD.

Al's comments:

This is super easy to conceal, it's tiny.  I have big hands, but I can still grip it and rip it on this.  I'm not a big fan of the safety on these, it's just not ergonomic for big hands. For something this small, it is surprisingly accurate.

S&W SD9 VE $350

The Smith & Wesson SD9 VE 9mm Full-Sized Pistol weighs a lightweight 22.7 oz. and features a polymer frame with a stainless-steel slide and barrel. The semiautomatic double-action pistol has a Picatinny rail and comes with two magazines. White-dot dovetail front and rear sights.

Al's comments:

Call me funny, but I liked the old Sigma series from S&W and the SD9 VE reminds me of those guns.  For significantly less than a Glock, you get a reliable (it's less fussy than some Sigs) full size 9mm, and I even like the color.
